4. Refund policy: if we realize after your purchase that this product is not suitable for you, you will be fully refunded and we will offer you a more suitable product.

The information is provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind. This Site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Under no circumstances Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation, special, indirect or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or interpretation of the Content available on the Site.

It remains possible that electronic communications may be intercepted or scrambled by third parties or that they may contain computer viruses.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or as a result of the misuse of the Site.

9. Ownership: The Site and its Content are the exclusive property of Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. and/or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose, in whole or in part, the Site or the Content other than as expressly authorized by Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. in writing. Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws applicable in Canada and these same laws are applicable to your use of the Site and/or the Content, regardless of your place of residence, residence or physical location when connecting to the Site. The Site and its Content are intended solely for use in jurisdictions where they may lawfully be offered for that purpose.

Privacy Policy
Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. agrees to act on behalf of the Customer exclusively for the purpose of providing Services previously limited by the specific program (package) subscribed.

In case of subscription of a Service, Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. will keep the Customer’s file according to its internal rules, as well as all the information transmitted, in its servers as used internally and throughout the contractual relationship between the Parties. Beyond the service provided, Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. authorizes itself to keep or destroy the Customer’s computer file unless notified by the latter. Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. will not hold or request any original document from the Customer. The Client is responsible for all the original documents that make up his legal file.

Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. undertakes to respect the private and confidential nature of all of the Customer’s personal information. All conversations between the Customer and a representative of Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. may be registered for quality control purposes and to comply with the Code of Ethics of Lawyers. As such, the information provided by the Customer to the representative of Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. enjoy the protection of the Privacy Act (Canada) and professional secrecy. Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. may not therefore transmit this information to third parties without the express consent of the Customer or to be obliged to do so by law.

Service Policy and Refunds

In its desire to make legal services more accessible through its website, Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. undertakes to fulfill all requests and deliver the services ordered as quickly as possible in order to satisfy its customers.

To do this, Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. will process the service orders of its customers made on the website Incorporationentreprise.ca as soon as possible, following receipt of the request.

If additional information is required in order to perform its service, Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc. will request it from the customer within two (2) business days of receipt of the online request.

For services requiring a personalized consultation with a lawyer of Incorporationentreprise.ca Inc., any consultation will be scheduled at the time chosen following the receipt of the request by the client, except for any setback on his part.

For services offering documents, these will be delivered within five (5) business days of receipt of the request.

Please note that for any change or cancellation of appointment, you must notify Incorporationentreprise.ca, via phone or via this portal, a minimum of 72 hours in advance otherwise the consultation fee is not refundable.

Service: Register and register a company
If the refund request takes place after the registration and registration form has been sent, a fee of $80.00 applies, the rest of the invoiced amount will be refunded.
If the refund request takes place after the consultation with the lawyer, regardless of the duration of the call the $150.00 fee applies, the rest of the invoiced amount will be refunded.
If the claim for reimbursement takes place while the application for registration is started, only the government fees will be reimbursed, only if they have not already been paid by IncorporationEntreprise.ca.

Service: Incorporate a company (in Quebec / Canada)
If the refund request takes place after the registration and registration form has been sent, a fee of $80.00 applies, the rest of the invoiced amount will be refunded.
If the refund request takes place after the consultation with the lawyer, regardless of the duration of the call, a fee of $ 150.00 applies, the rest of the amount charged will be refunded.
If the claim for reimbursement takes place while the application for incorporation is started, only the government fees will be reimbursed, only if they have not already been paid by IncorporationEntreprise.ca.
